Including Fencing, Grounds, Market Appeal, Parking Lots, Play Areas , Retaining Walls, and site areas.
Inspectable areas include Mechanical closets, Halls/Corridors, Laundry Rooms, Community Spaces and others.
Common Areas
Inspections focus on Electrical Systesm, Fire Protection, HVAC, Sanitary Systems, and Health and Saftey.
Building Systems
Inspections of Doors, Fire Escapes, Foundation, Lighting, Roofing, Walls, Windows and other areas.
